Academic Honor Roll From the Indus School Student Handbook: After each nine week grading period, the names of students eligible for either the “A” or “B” honor roll will be compiled and made public. 1. To be eligible for the “A” honor roll, a student must earn a 10 average. Any grade lower than C- will disqualify a student from the honor roll. 2. To be eligible for the “B” honor roll, a student must earn a 7 average. Any grade lower than C- will disqualify a student from the honor roll. 3. For the purpose of computation, an “A+” counts as 12 points, A is 11, A- is 10, B+ is 9, B is 8, B- is 7, C+ is 6, C is 5, C- is 4, D+ is 3, D is 2, and a D- is 1. Points divided by credits equals grade point average or letter grade. 4. A school honor roll will be named at the end of each quarter. |
